Ο ήλιος & τα αστέρια - Γαλαξίες & κομήτες: Αυτοί είναι οι νικητές του Αστεροσκοπείου Greenwich για τον διαγωνισμό φωτογραφίας

Οι νικητές διαγωνισμού φωτογραφίας αστρονομίας....

Το Astronomy Photographer of the Year παρουσιάζει την καλύτερη διαστημική φωτογραφία στον κόσμο, από εντυπωσιακά ουράνια τοπία μέχρι εντυπωσιακές εικόνες μακρινών πλανητών και γαλαξιών.

Κάθε χρόνο, φωτογράφοι από όλο τον κόσμο ανταγωνίζονται για να συμμετάσχουν στην τελική έκθεση και να κερδίσουν τον τίτλο κύρους.

Υπάρχουν οκτώ διαφορετικές κατηγορίες για ενήλικες φωτογράφους. 

Συνολικός νικητής αναδείχθηκε ο Τζέραλντ Ρίμαν, χάρη στη φωτογραφία του κομήτη Λέοναρντ που έβγαλε, αναφέρει το rmg.co.uk

Ο εν λόγω κομήτης ανακαλύφθηκε τον Ιανουάριο του 2021 από τον αστρονόμο Γκρεγκ Λέοναρντ και συγκέντρωσε το ενδιαφέρον πολλών αστροφωτογράφων.

Όμως, ήταν ο Τζέραλντ Ρίμαν εκείνος που την ημέρα των Χριστουγέννων τράβηξε μια φωτογραφία η οποία εντυπωσίασε τους κριτές τους διαγωνισμού.
